260 Teams

At the end of March, 260 teams were already registered to the 4th edition of Le Mans 24 Hours Cycling race. More than 1200 cyclists are training for this event which will take place on 25^th and 26^th August on the Bugatti race track.

Every profile are represented: 30 soloists, 17 pairs, about a hundred in “prestige” category (4 riders), 90 in “competitor” category (6) and about thirty in “leisure” category (8).

Thirty foreign’ teams are already registered, whom half come from England! Switzerland is also well represented, Scotland, Australia with 2 teams, Belgium with 3 teams, and for the first time, one soloist from Brazil and an Italian team from Imola - city well known for its track.

The “Miss 27” team have encourage vocation as for now about 10 teams registered in the “100% women” category are taking part to the event. Two of them will run it alone: Mrs Patricia Berthelier and Mrs Véronique Lafond. Moreover, to date, about 10 mixed teams will join the challenge!

Food supplies partner since 2011 of the Le Mans 24 Hour Cycling, the Aptonia friendly team will be on the Bugatti Circuit next 25^th and 26^th August. Come and visit them in the Paddock and in the Village to test their products and enjoy the massages of two osteopaths who will be at your disposal to prepare your muscle to the effort!
